the free parking was on-site, friendly service. the rooms were spotless and elegant, and the bathroom was good-sized with bathtubs.

Location: the hotel was very close to fantastic restaurants and adorable shops and Asheville and Biltmore Estate and the mountains of western North Carolina. The staff was pleasant and friendly, kept everything immaculately clean and perfect.

This place is great and we'd definitely recommend it. the breakfast was delicious and top-notch, and the staff were really wonderful. Our room had a comfy king-size bed and an amazing view 😊.

The breakfast was excellent, featuring a great selection of meals. the beautiful and lovely room with tea and coffee making equipment, a seating area, and a stone fireplace was a nice surprise. the location was favorable and fantastic, close to hiking, good restaurants, and things in town.

I had an amazing experience at this bed and breakfast. The cleanliness was exceptional, with neat rooms and bedding. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the parking space was ample. Located in a beautiful valley, this hotel provided easy access to amazing restaurants and transportation was easy to come by. The breakfast spread was delicious and there was a staff member available to recommend many local favorites. The accommodating and friendly staff made my stay even more special.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere of the place, which made me feel right at home. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate any dietary restrictions. the location was also convenient, as it was close to many shops and restaurants in the area, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings.

the room was a bit small and cramped, and the bathroom could have used some updating.

Absolutely loved our stay at Oak Hill on Love Lane! The views of the Great Smoky Mountains were breathtaking and the attention to detail was impeccable. The innkeepers, Tony and Darlene, were warm and welcoming, making sure every small need was met. The freshly baked cookies were a delightful treat. The breakfasts were gourmet and rival any 4-star restaurant. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Can't wait to return!

The warm welcome, stocked mini-fridge, and beautiful room with a large bathroom and cozy king-sized bed made for a delightful stay. The gourmet breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The innkeeper was friendly and provided helpful information about the area.
